Dale T. Smith & Sons Meat Packing Company would like to thank American Dryer for their superior product and for customer service that is beyond excellent. Our company had been spending between $500 to $700 dollars per week on paper towels, so I started looking for hand driers to reduce the costs. Often linen companies make up most of their costs through supplying their customers with paper and soap products at an elevated cost. In order to bring the linen costs back in check, hand dryers seemed the best answer. I began by searching the internet for the best hand dryers for efficiency and price, and determined that American Dryer had the product I wanted. The GXT9-M ExtremeAir hand dryer was what I chose. I contacted American Dryer and placed an order for 4 units. I spoke with a woman named Phyllis from inside sales who was extremely helpful. I am a person who loves to talk and Phyllis did not make me feel rushed. She was very informed about the product and assisted me in every step of the way. The product arrived and installed in a very timely matter. The owner of the company is extremely satisfied with the product, and wondered why this was not done years ago. He is constantly using the dryers and you can just see the satisfaction in his face by his smile. As a Quality Control Manager I am pleased by how sanitary the bathrooms are now, with no paper scattered on floors. The employees wash their hands more often and thus food safety has improved. About a month later, Dale T. Smith’s sister company, Smiths Grind, were so impressed that they asked me to order 5 more units for their facility. Again I contacted Phyllis and the units exceeded expectations. I have and will continue to recommended your company and product to others as a Quality Control Improvement measure. I mentioned I talked a lot to Phyllis. Our first conversation lead to how we were preparing our Thanksgiving turkeys– something I will always remember about American Dryer, Phyllis and the hand dryers purchased.

I’d like to suggest adding the statement recently seen at McDonalds here in Griffin, Georgia. This statement gives the users knowledge of saving trees, reducing waste, and providing good drying for the hands.

You responded in a time frame of five days from my request, your shipment of the wheel at no cost to Burger King, and its installation into the dryer. In keeping with your example, I charged nothing.
I’ve been in business over 25 years and have never received such courteous service.
